Andrew said he did not feel like this business did a very good job. The vehicle is drivable, but the body work looks terrible. He said he felt he was treated fairly well, but the quality of the work was very bad and when he asked what they could do about it they told him that it was the best they could do. They put on a new front fender and a new hood. They had to pull out the frame, but the seams look terrible and they aren't even close. The panels don't line up in the place where the fender, hood, and front door meet and they obviously didn't do the work correctly. There are still some mechanical issues, but between work and family he hasn't had time to go back in. This business never really set a due date. They said the work would take 2 or 3 weeks, but it took over 6 weeks. They ordered the parts wrong, the parts they ordered right came in wrong, there was a fiasco with the hood that wasn't their fault, and then they had to order more parts that they didn't know they would need. He said he felt this business was kind of disorganized. The whole thing was an ordeal. He wouldn't recommend them to others based on the quality of the work.
