I highly recommend Bowser Hyundai in Chippewa, PA. They keep appointments and do the work requested promptly and efficiently. And keep you up to date on what's happening during the process. "These people know what service means"
Go in for a state inspection and they offer to rotate my tires, which needed done. Get the bill and no charge, totally unexpected but much appreciated.

"great in the car department but"
Your waiting room is always cold and I mean in the summer and winter. People need to wear coats to keep warm. Your help even said it is a problem, you really need to fix that

"Reimbursement application "
I went in to apply for mileage reimbursement. They appeared to be training the person for his first submission. The problem I have is that I still haven't received an E-Mail from Hyundai to complete the reimbursement. I gave it a week, which is the longer then normal. I'll be calling Bowser today to check on what was omitted and hopefully it can be rectified.

My sonatas engine finally blew up after the recall last year. The service staff was excellent with accommodating my needs with getting my car to the dealership and only took a few days to get my car back. Great service team as always
