The staff
Barb Monza knew who I was when I got out of my car, knew what I needed. I told her about the smell in my car, she said they would look into it and let me know. When I returned, the car was ready.
The whole staff there is super friendly and doesn't push you into buying something you don't need.
I have recommend Bowser to my family and friends.

I am pleased with the service I received, oil change and new tires.
I was not pleased with the response of Allen, service rep, when I asked about the quality of reception of my Sirrus radio.
He said that there was nothing that the service dept. could do; I should call Sirrius radio.
When I was in for previous service, I asked Bryan, service manager, about poor reception of radio as I was paying my bill and leaving. He said to ask about it next time that I came in; they would check something in the vehicle with the radio reception.
Now I get a different reply to my question from Allen. I am not pleased with that. I would like it checked by Hyundai of Chippewa.

Brakes
My rotors were warped causing a buffeting when the brakes were applied. They made the fix as painless as possible, both with cost and time. Breakers work great now.
