Engine problems
I received a new engine back in March, and two weeks ago the car went into limp mode! Which made it not go over 15mph.
The guys at Hyundai kept me inform step by step on what was happening.
Everything was covered under warranty including my rental that I had !!

The service advisors are very helpfuls and polite
I like going to Bowser hyundai for service because the place is very accesable. it is a clean facility. William Mehring is an excellent service advisor. he is extremely helpful and explains everything in detail. His knowledge goes a long way in helping customers bringing their auto/suv in for service.

Just routine service, but its nice to be called by your name so you don't feel like a number. I get what my car needs, but am not pushed into getting something that I don't. i'll keep coming back as long as Bill is my service guy.

They took time to help
