"Efficient and competent service. High prices."
Oil change and tire repair (nail in tire). They did the job but I find their prices high, both for the oil change and for the tire service.

"Fast, friendly, competent"
I've used Lifetime in Squirrel Hill several times for fairly routine stuff like inspections and tires. Their work is done well as far as I know (I've never discovered any problems), and they've always accommodated my scheduling requests like booking a specific time instead of leaving the car for the day. They've also been friendly and helpful with little things -- for example, I once stopped in to ask them to check which tire(s) were setting off the low-pressure alert, which is something that any driver ought to be able to do himself but I can't read the gauge at the gas station and my large-display gauge had just broken. They were happy to help (and even filled the tire for me). Little kindnesses like that make a big difference.

"Brad and his staff is very loyal and trustworthy and I could not leave my car with such wonderful Tech and great Automotive shop."
Brad the Manager is always very nice and friendly. Very knowledgeable and does whatever to make sure that you are 5 stars satisfy. I have been taken my car there for now more then 3 years and I have always received 5 stars satisfaction.

Spoke with Nick. He said Brad was fast, helpful, honest and he gave him options on how to repair his vehicle. His one complaint was he was not asked if he was a AAA Member so when he paid his bill, the business would not give him his AAA discount because they said it was too late. This meant he was charged the full rate.
