Baylee said he had to bring the vehicle back five times because the staff kept skipping steps. He had to take at least five trips to the business. He had the coolant system replaced and they forgot to bleed the system, so he had to take it back. There was a thermostat that the staff missed and that needed to be replaced as well. The vehicle still needs to be fixed, but he refuses to bring it back. Before this experience, he would have recommended the business but he would not recommend them now.
