These guys are simply the Best
Break zone always makes me feel like I'm part of the family when I come here not only are they dependable and reliable but they also have the best deals in town. The workers are always friendly and I know they're not going to try to rip me off like most other mechanics do. Would definitely recommend

Wouldn’t go anywhere else
I have been loyal to Brake-zone for over 13 years, since I originally had them for a brake job. At that time the explanation of what I needed, was exactly what I needed to hear. Being a woman, it is easy to have mechanics treat you as if you know nothing or won’t understand anyway. Chris and Mark at Brake-Zone are always respectful and educating me and very fairly priced. There have even been a few times where the diagnostic was free. Yesterday when my car started misfiring, I drove straight to “my mechanic”. Knowing my old car (208k mi) needs nothing more than quick fixes to keep running til I buy a new one; their instant diagnosis, new engine ignition coil, was done in 3 hours (even though they were extremely busy), and out the door for the cost of the part and 1/2 hour labor. No sugar- coated fluffy add-ons. I and my car visit the shop a few times a year, and it is always a bright moment in my day, because no matter what the diagnosis, I know I can trust them.

Brake Zone -outstanding customer service
I called in because I was having issues with my brakes. I had taken the car to another car shop (The Art of Maintenace) in Oregon, they should call themselves the Con Artists.

Anyway, I called Brake Zone and spoke to Chris. He immediately ran down the possible issues it could be and his expertise advice on what he thought it might be. I knew then he was a good mechanic because I had came up with the same conclusion in my own research.

Took my car to them and Jake was the attendant. My car was ready the next day but I was out of town so they held it there for me. Car has been running great. Their customer service is tip notch as well. At least at the front desk. I first made a mistake cause I was tired and had just flown in and accused the attendant of the car not being fixed. He was very polite and said let's go see sir we can make right if we need to. But it was a mistake on my part. His handling of the situation was nothing short of professional.

The only issue I had, which is small, is that when they were looking for the key to unlock the lug nuts they went through all the stuff in the glove compartment and the truck and left a mess. Maybe they forgot to put things back.

Otherwise these guys are trust worthy, knowledgeable, professional and reasonably priced.

Brake Zone rocks!
I've been going to Brake Zone for a few years now and I can't say enough good things about this shop. They always answer the phone, they happily get me in the same day, they keep me informed as to what service my car needs as well as the estimated cost and then they just handle it. These guys are super cool to work with and I appreciate how they explain everything to keep me informed. I would highly recommend them.

My car was in and out in one day. Fast reliable service!
Chris took such great care of me and my car - went above and beyond. Found a belt that needed replacing, as well as fixed my AC that has been have ongoing issues. Dropped my car off at 10 was ready later that day with very reasonable pricing! :)
