Peor servicio en Miami
Tuve hoy la primer cita para cambio de aceite de mi carro, después de 2 horas de esperas, se acercaron a decirme que no encontraban mi llave y la solución era hacerme una copia y que cuando pudiera regresara para reprogramar mi otra llave, el trato fue descortés, irrespetuoso y falta de ética y responsabilidad! Alegaron que es un problema muy frecuente, la solución hacer una copia a mi llave original, que muchas personas tienen acceso a esas llaves y todo muy natural; les dije que iba a esperar no importaba el tiempo y más tarde apareció un empleado con mi llave que la había encontrado en otro auto estacionado… Mi auto aún en el parqueo. Medio día de trabajo perdido! Una pésima experiencia. Espero encontrar un lugar donde se respete a el cliente y sean responsables! Pésimo Brickell Honda!!!!!
