A couple of days after picking up my A4 Avant while driving on a freeway another driver was pointing at the front of my car. When I pulled over I could see the under panel in front had come loose and was dragging. Well, I was kinda pissed and immediately thought I would have to argue with Brink about the missing bolts and the damage. I called and Michael quickly apologized and arranged to have my car picked up and replaced the under panel. All prior service they have done has been excellent - it was just a small over site and they stepped up and made it right. That is not the norm these days. I will always use Brink for service and repair on my Audi going forward and truly appreciate their honesty and knowledge.
