"When I get a pleasant rep who doesn't argue or ignore questions, & let's me know if something needs servicing soon, I'm good with that."
The service rep was fine, got friendlier later. But that TV is a menace; honestly, why do we have to have that blaring while we sit there for an hour trying to read. It's just awful.

I traveled 250 miles to have some warranty work performed. They were very quick to get me in, and within a couple hours i was on the road headed back home. Sonia at the service desk was great to work with.

Excellence is routine starting with the friendly voice of Sonja or any of the other good folks in the Bronco Service Dept. Extra mile service of shuttle service is available when needed. Trust and friendly service are the words that comes to mind when I get my Santa Fe serviced at Bronco Motors on Fairview in Boise.

"Brought in my new Hyundai because a tire kept going low. It was discovered that a nail was in the side wall, so I had to get a new tire. "
The tire replacement took about an hour. I just read my book in the waiting room and the time passed pretty quickly.

"The people"
The people here are great. I have told you this every time I have a service or work done by this dealer and I am getting tired of filling out a survey every time I go there. Bother someone else for a change.

"How long does it have ale to replace a battery?"
Vehicle was diagnosed with a battery problem. I was called to approve a battery replacement and gave my approval. I was told it would be done shortly. My wife went to pick it up a few hours later and was told they still had not replaced the battery. She had to wait about an hour which was unacceptable. The waiting area is also not that great compared to other dealerships.

"Bronco Motors is a great place to buy, even as a single woman!"
Excellent, except for the pressure to purchase a maintenance agreement. The dealers vendor for the agreement did not show up when googled and when the finance person called to ask them to send samples of their ratings, I never received them. I never buy maintenance agreements although this time I bought a partial. I was not comfortable with that and will not entertain it again.
