Ohio customer satisfaction
My 8th car purchase in life, looked at a used outlook. They could not get parts in time for sale. So they offered a traverse 2 years newer all new suspension and tires for the same price. I am amazed. 41 years old from lima Ohio, and We will be back for my wife's new car. Shocked. We already signed the contract for the outlook. Most used dealerships would say " too late you signed, or not my problem" Not Brownstone. Very happy customer. Russell Ott
