Persevered to Make Sure Engine Works Well
Buck’s took on the project of repairing my car after another local Oil Change shop didn’t tighten the oil pan drain bolt all the way. That company refused to take responsibility but Buck’s not only repaired the damaged engine, they repaired even more damage when it was discovered, and tested the car well to make sure the repairs solved the multiple problems. There were calls to Kia to consult on the best repair approach. Buck’s has well-trained mechanics that will work to fix problems right.
I’m taking the original Clayton NC oil change shop (a chain) to court so they’ll own up that they caused all of the damage and having to borrow a car.
