Oil Change
They are always fast with the oil changes. This last oil change the service access cover became loose and fell off. I brought the vehicle back and they installed a new one free of change. Great service!!!

Great, but I'd recommend a small improvement.
I've brought my Sonata to Buerkle two or three times now, and they've exceeded my expectations every time, with a small exception during my last visit. All of my maintenance was done professionally and in a timely manner, however I paid for an interior detail, and while my car was cleaned for the most part, it was not anywhere near the quality of the detail I had done a year ago, specifically, my windshield was untouched, and several dirty spots are still dirty. I did expect a little better considering the price I paid for the service. That said, overall I was pleased with the service and results at Buerkle.

Excellent Customer Service
Every time I come here the service department is very customer oriented. I will always have my car serviced here. John, the Service Manager made it his personal business to make sure I was treated as guest.

They want me to drive a safe car
When I received the oil change (at a 14 hours in advance reservation for a Saturday), they informed me of three other things that I would need to take care of in the near future and were able to one of them immediately over the next 20 minutes. They are a great dealership!
