Spoke with Matthew. He said they did not do the work correctly the first time, so he had to bring the vehicle back. After the second trip he was satisfied with both the paint and the body work. The vehicle was ready a day late. He said he felt mad because they did not give him a reason for the delay. He said he does not have anything good to say about the experience. The personnel knew they were wrong and they tried to pass off the work as though it had been done correctly. He said he did not appreciate it. The facility was clean. He said he had to go through the insurance company to get the paperwork verified and to have the issues taken care of when he returned. He has worked with the business previously, but this was the first time he has been disappointed with them. He would not recommend this business to others based on this experience.
