Robert said they did a very nice job. There have been at least two separate instances when the service had to be redone. However, they did a great job. There weren't additional costs or problems.

Marty said there were numerous problems with the body work after the repair was performed. He thought it should have been corrected. The vehicle was crunched up in an accident and there is a crack in one of the windshields. There are other things they missed and he will have to pay for. There was a 2 week delay due to parts. They had his vehicle for a total of 5 weeks.

Ken said he is very satisfied with his experience at this business. He is considering having them revisit something, though, just to have them look at it. One of the side moldings that was reattached, was bent a the top. With the exception of the side moldings, he was satisfied with their body work. He was very much satisfied with their courtesy and professionalism. He has already recommended them. They are local to him.

Anna said the work and the service was good. She had to return twice to get things done that were not done correctly the first time. She said she is unsure about the promise time because she had to return. She said she was unsure about her vehicle being the cleanest, but that was ok and it was fourth of July weekend.

Jessica said when she got her vehicle back from this business she found a couple of issues. The part they repaired was not snapped in all the way and the interior of panel was dirty. As a result of this she took the vehicle back to them, and they handled everything very well and took care of everything.

Marie said the bumper popped out and she has to bring her vehicle back so they could fix it, it did not happen right away. Their prices are fair and the work is good. Her vehicle was not clean when she brought it in and she really appreciated how clean it was when she got it back.

Scott said he has been waiting about ten days to hear from them about a part they were going to order that has to do with the ABS and traction control sensor. His vehicle took a couple days longer while they waited for the trim. Everybody behind the counter was a class act.

Gary said they do great work, but pricey. The paint work was a little high. When the business he was using closed, he went out, and found this one. He looked and saw they did good work and started using them. The business is always clean. They detailed his vehicle.
