I returned today to Butch's for the second time. They gave me an estimate to do some work the Firestone had estimated for a ridiculous amount of money. They we're friendly enough to drive me back and forth to my home during the day so I can work while they worked on my car, and they did what they rediagnosed to determine the actual issue, and stayed to fix the car until it was done. The repair ended up costing me 1/5 the amount Firestone head estimated. The mechanic who worked on my car was very knowledgeable and transparent about the issue, explaining to me exactly what was wrong and what he did. Very friendly and very helpful service. Definitely recommended.
