Service was great! Jake clearly explained what the process will entail from the point of vehicle drop off to its initial diagnosis and successive diagnosis as warranted - with each phase of completed diagnosis producing assessments to shape recommended pathways in moving forward. Jake provided timely updates on the developments. The repaired vehicle is running well (has the feel of operating like brand new) and I am very pleased with the repair work put into it. Thanks!
