Tried to get my car in for some warranty work starting exactly 7 days ago. Because I want to use Lincoln pick up/drop off, (which I have used 3 previous times at this exact dealership without issue) the people on the phone say they must "call me back when they know availability." I have still, 7 days since beginning this process, received zero calls. I have called every single day multiple times a day getting my issue brought to higher priorities speaking to various people, leaving messages with the GM, etc. etc. none of it has led to even a single call from anybody!
It is an extreme waste of time for such a simple process. No surprise that this terrible dealership is not Black Label certified!
The best part is that when I finally gave up this morning and called Sanderson Lincoln just down the road I had a pick up/drop off scheduled on that same phone call within 10 minutes. Why don't they need to call me back? Crazy right. What is wrong with this terrible dealership from top to bottom? Such a waste of time I still can't believe it. Actually incompetent.
