"Service for a recall"
I had a recall for my 2013 Hyundai Elantra. I live in Yorba Linda so there is not a dealership within about 10 miles. I chose this one because they had very good reviews. I took my car in to get serviced and they were very quick and efficient and they even washed my car before returning it to me. I appreciated this service and I would most likely go back here if I ever have to go back to the dealership.

"It’s the best. "
It’s your people. They are helpful and fast. I really like the car wash. It’s the little things I remember. Not fixing the car, your suppose to know and do that. It’s the kindness and friendly atmosphere there.

"Decent "
Took too long & I got overcharged and when I told the lady I got $5 overcharged she began to disagree until I showed her my paper. Then she voided it and RERAN my card without my permission. I then asked if the money was going to go immediately into my account and she said “it should, some banks are different”. Well it didn’t & it didn’t go back until 4 days later.

"Missing Locking Lug Nut"
I should not have to worry that the locking lug nuts are missing from my vehicle. But It happened to me. When I picked up the vehicle the locking lug nut on the front right side wheel was missing. No Safe and not good. Could have been in a bad accident if the wheel had come loose.

"Like the service, but...."
Great experience here. No pressure for extra services. Clean waiting room and restroom, donuts and coffeee on arrival if you want. Only drawback, driving out of service area. Too many cars in the way, accident waiting to happen.

"Warranty repair that others couldn’t fix"
Carlos and his group were able to diagnose and fix a wiring issue that caused the dash gauges to stop working that another dealer in the IE could not fix nor “recreate”. After the fix the vehicle runs perfect now.

Thanks Carlos, my wife feels safe in the car once again!!!!
