They are very laid back, but at the same time they tell you up front what is needed for your car. No beating around the bush. I like that.

Always the best customer service. I was 30 minutes late to my last appointment, and it was even at the end of the day. No one made a big deal about it. They just fix my car right the first time, and thanked me for coming. Everyone at the service desk knows my name, and are always very pleasant to deal with.

I was noticed of a recall on my new Hyundai and was scheduled with a service appointment within a few days. My service was taken care of expeditiously, and I was treated very nicely.

All was done in timely matter. I have purshase the car wash package. The only thing they fail to clean was the pasanger back seat where my toddlers steps in as i have a car seat there
