Kennon said he was over charged $50 for an alternator and if he had not caught it ahead of time they would have charged $150 over. He would not recommend this business to others based on this experience.

This is my second service experience with CarForce. Both visits have been quite satisfactory. They ask what needs to be done, then they do it well. Very reasonable and fair pricing also.

Matthew stated he was having a problem with a brake warning light, which was also causing a beep warning noise. He brought his vehicle in for a diagnostic, and luckily only paid $100 for service. They did take 1 full day to diagnose the problem. They did not provide a courtesy call regarding approval for service. The service cost was about $700. Luckily he called ahead of time. The staff advised they had ordered the part, and they were about to replace the part. Matthew mentioned it was unacceptable service, especially for the amount of money for service. Then, he had also made arrangements previously for a shuttle service. However, the representative advised there wasn't anyone available to drive him. He opted to go to the business since it was a short distance away. Matthew saw the owner, and 3 staff members inside the garage. As a result, he felt the representative blatantly lied to him, because he did not approve the service to be completed. When he picked up his vehicle, the problem resolved itself. It may have been a loose sensor or the vehicle was very, very cold. As a result of very poor service, he will not ever, ever go back to the business for his service needs.
