The issue that brought me back to Carlton was not able to be resolved by Carlton mechanics. It was DEFINITELY not their fault. After much research it was recommended to take the car to Toyota, if I wanted to spend upwards of $2000 to replace the read lift gate motor, if that is the problem.
The people at Carlton are honest, thorough, and time efficient. I would not take my autos to any other repair shop.
