I came on a Friday mid morning because my steering wheel was tight and I was so nervous to drive it. So I pulled in to shop and talked to Tim and the receptionist ( I cannot remember her name. She was extremely friendly and helpful and gave me her shoulder to cry on. Lol) Left the car there to be examined and they found the problem. Tim called with an estimate and said he would order the parts from Lexus and can work on car on Monday morning. He told me he didn’t recommend driving the car due to safety reasons, so I left it there over the weekend. There shop opens at 8, I got an alert from my car at 8 am that it was unlocked. They started on it right away. Monday morning at 10 am he called me and said the car was completed and they fixed the issue. I was completely overwhelmed with gratitude and relief. I believe I got a fair price. If I took it to Lexus I for sure would pay WAY more.
I’ll admit going into the car repair shop I walked in with the attitude that I would be taken Advantage of. I walked out of there and felt a sense of peace and trust. I’m forever grateful for Tim, his mechanics and everyone involved. I will go back there and would recommend his shop to everyone.
