If You Have to Push Your Car Alone and In The Dark. Push It Past This Shop.
I had a transmission failure on a vehicle and clearly discussed that I wanted to replace it with a brand new transmission. I was told that it would take more than a month for that new transmission to come in, which worked perfectly because I did not have 3500 at that particular time as I explained to these people. 2 weeks later I get a phone call that's the vehicle is ready. Okay as per our discussion I will be in to retrieve my vehicle in a month as previously discussed. After several annoying phone calls, having to explain what I already explained in the previous phone calls, I go to pick up my vehicle in the exact time frame that I discussed with them in the beginning. I conduct my business at the desk inside of the shop as I always do. I am now informed that because I'm paying with the credit card there is a 2.7% fee attached. Working as a retailer and dealing with credit cards on a daily basis. I do understand fees but I know that on that amount you are not being charged 2.7% as a retailer. To worsen the situation after requesting documentation regarding the new are supposedly new transmission. I now get a piece of paper that clearly states that there is a remanufactured transmission in my vehicle which is the reason that the vehicle was ready 2 weeks after it was dropped off. I will no longer do business with us establishment and I encourage those that I recommended their way to cease doing business with them as well. Let this be a warning to all who read it to steer clear of Autobots of Easton!
