Even though the problem is clearly their fault, and even though I took it under warranty, they refuse to help and I am out $7,000. John Meyer, the director of service, refused to help and he told me that I was negligent to bring my car in, even though I brought my car in and they refused to fix it. I even bought the extended warranty.
DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!!!! They refuse to honor their warranty, even when it is for an issue that is so bad that they have lost three class action lawsuits over. Please search Nissan CVT transmissions and you will see for yourself.
If I could leave negative stars I would. This was the worst purchase of any kind I have made in my life.
