Sorry you feel that way Gary. The only thing we replaced was the seat belt pre-tensioner with a used one which we had to spend a bit time to locate, because a new one from the dealer was significantly more expensive. You agreed to forgoe a new one given the miles on the car in favor of the used one. So, I'm trying to understand what was unsatisfactory to you? We also provided recomendations for problems we uncovered while servicing your vehicle, i.e. leaking right rear schock and front axle to name a couple. You declinced to fix those items at the time which was no problem.
