"Fixing Jiffy Lubes Leaks"
Jiffy Lube changed the oil for my wife. Started experiencing oil leaks. Took vehicle back to Jiffy Lube and they told my wife the oil pan was leaking. They don’t work on that. Scheduled an appt at Chads. Got us in right away. Fixed the leaking plug and filter from Jiffy Lube and documented so I can take the bill to Jiffy Lube! The customer service was excellent and we live that it is a family owned/operated business. This is where we will be going from now on. Thank you!!

"Friendly and fast service "
Great great great! They were able to get my car up and running in less than 2 days. They were so friendly and straight forward about what I needed to fix and what could wait. Thank you!

"Third brake light inoperative"
I had a "third" brake light inoperative and the vehicle failed the state inspection which is required to registration. Chad listened to me and went out to see the light on the vehicle. He then told me he would need to order a light and that it would be in later that day. He told me to bring the vehicle in the next morning (2/16/2018) and that it would take about 30 to 45 minutes to replace the light. The cost, while it was more than for replacing a light bulb, was nominal. Great job!

"Deliver on time!"
Routine oil change visit and some minor repairs. Called to scheduled and explained that I need my car by a certain time - as always, Chad Miller Auto Care delivered. Car repaired on time -- Thanks!

I would definitely recommend this place. Chad is personally available and speaks to you directly. No unnecessary work done to my car. Excellent customer service. Communication is outstanding

Kasey, thanks for the feedback! We only use OEM or good quality aftermarket parts because we don't like seeing a customer for the same issue multiple times. In any line of business, higher quality usually means higher cost. Even with that being true, we have some of the most competitive pricing in San Antonio. "Extremely Accommodating and Transparent"
I greatly appreciate the readiness to work with my schedule.

When I asked questions, I did not feel belittled for knowing or not knowing certain aspects about general maintenance on my vehicle. They were very transparent as to future costs and will be using them again.
