Sold me a faulty brand new car with bad transmission
A week Into getting our new car we started experience issues transmission warning light came on took truck to service they just cleared the light said nothing was wrong it came on again a few days later they said there technician was to busy I made a fuss they came back 15 minutes later that the truck was checked and is fine left light came back on took it back finally admitted transmission was low on oil oil was added few hours later transmission completely went out thru out all this mo the of back and forth the service we got was horrible the additudes from employees making it seem like the problem was us over all the experience with this dealership was horrible at the end transmission was replaced another issue aroused with the service department manager Alex and region manager Brandon experiencewith them was awful even bullish
