We first met Rick and his crew, including his rotund sweet yellow lab "guard" dog, when my Prius Plug-In needed an emergency wheel hub repair. Since then, he's done additional work on my car, and for the first time, routine service on my husband's Prius. We were fed up with the Toyota's dealership's increasingly inflated charges. CJ's has met all our needs expeditiously and at reasonable cost. He always calls before performing the work, to be sure we're aware of what needs doing and what it will cost. He's professional and business-like, and friendly at the same time, and his staff is very cordial and helpful.
