Hi Marie, sorry to hear that you are unhappy with out service. It was fully explained to you that it could take anywhere from a week up to 2 weeks before we could look at your vehicle after it got towed in. We can not drop everything we are doing and ignore all the other customers that have also waited up to 2 weeks, sometimes more, to get their vehicle fixed. You were also told after we looked at it that it will take a few days for the part to arrive and that we would get it fixed as soon as we could. We are also short staffed right now and that does not help, and other repairs were ahead of yours that had to be dealt with first. We understand that you need your vehicle, but so does everyone else that waits patiently for their repairs. When you called and told us the check engine light had came on 2 days after the repair, you were told to stop by and we would scan it real quick to see if it's something related to the repair that was done or if it was something completely different. You never came in so we can not control that part of it. We also did a warranty on the battery that we had no obligation what so ever to do for you. It just happen to be a autozone battery and we have a good relationship with autozone so they kindly did a warranty on your battery that was also bad because you continued to drive the vehicle with a bad alternator and ruined your battery. We didn't get a thank you for saving you $350 on a battery, but you're welcome. Please take your vehicle elsewhere from now on!
