Getting thru in the phone to schedule service was a hassle. Too many phone trees. I was not informed by phone about the service of my vehicle. When my calll was finally answered by a service advisor they could not tell me anything because the service advisor that ticketed me in was at lunch.

"Service dept."
The service department is slow. Every time I take my car in for car doc service there is always something wrong when there is not and half the time I leave with a issue or noise that the car was not making before and I have to use my time on other day to take it back over there to have the issue fix that they caused. They have told my wife she needed brakes, our mechanic advised we still had 10k miles left on the brakes. They always say the car needs another service when it does not.
