Seems not as good quality as my 2017 Elantra

The car drives very good. Very comfortable. Handles very well. Havn’t had it long enough to write full review.

Love the fuel economy but wish some of the features and alerts worked

Gets better than expected gas mileage. Nicely equipped for the price. I bought it for safety alerts and fuel efficiency. The downfalls are the the consider taking a break function is completely faulty and you can’t disable. The adaptive cruise control could be much better. I’ve had the car brake hard with wide open straight highway in front of me. I had to take over control to get moving again.

Great for gas mileage

The car does perform very well for having fantastic gas mileage. Does seem to run a little low and long with the dimensions of the car so always give yourself extra space since the car doesn’t come with the sensors of some of the higher end models. The transition from full electric, which drives the best to the gas powered can be a little rough but averaging about 530 miles on a full tank is impressive.

Good for price

For the price of the car, I am getting a good balance of mpg and speed (~50mpg city). My biggest issue is not with the Elantra, but adaptive cruise control. There should be an option to turn it back to standard without dealing with the sensor distance. I also miss having blind spot mirrors. Sensors are cool, but nothing beats laying eyes on the person loitering in your blind spot. It's also a shame that many new cars do not come with a spare tire. You are getting what you pay for on the durability and luxury of items (interior, windshield wipers, etc). It's been a good replacement for my 2014 Chevy Sonic LTZ. More zip, more mpg, similar make/durability/comfort.

Sporty car, drive smooth. Definitely some improvements could be made

I like the body style, it drives smooth and quiet. Interior is made of cheap cloth and cheap plastic unfortunately. Already has several rattles after a couple of months. The exterior paint seems to chip very easy also.

Almost exactly what I wanted

Love how it handles and looks. At 8k miles now. It needs a higher gear, because it doesn't get better than 48mpg at best on 70mph highways. 55mph roads or slower, it gets 60-65mpg. I bought it for highway miles :( but it makes up for it.

Okay city car

First shot at hyuandai, specially with the historical engine failure and lack of “ dealership” support. Power is lower than my corolla, mpg does not match advertisement- 40-43 ( eco and light on gas) BUT uphill if the battery depletes i cant go past 45 mph. definitely put me in a Dangerous situation with other drivers.
