Members of Fort Lee, VA Beware!
I'm finally paying off a Hyundai Santa Fe GLS that I purchased from this location. This was in 2014, so you can see the resentment that remains some 5 years later. It all started when I traded in my vehicle and went back some 7 days later to get my car back. I was denied and instead mulled over with some HPP. Ed Nicol was the Finance Manager. He gave me some bullsh*t story about how my deal went down. All in all, It is best you go in there with a pre-approved loan. They used to be called Gateway Hyundai and now are CMA, however I'm sure the same sheisty car salesman and financers work there. DO NOT GO HERE! Use the True Price App, Car Max and fight against Information Asymmetry. I'm glad e-Commerce has taken off since 2014 and I can say my piece. Never will I buy another vehicle from this dealership.
