Horrible Service.
Where do I even start, I could write a book. I have no idea what has happened to this car dealership. It used to be great and now it's horrible. The customer service has tremendously gone downhill, there are no managers at hyandai, nobody can give you a straight answer it's always the run around. I'm very observant , and this is just pure insane chaos. They have to get their partner managers from other dealerships to take a "manager phone call" which in that case they're just as clueless about the situation at hand because they're another dealer that shouldn't be handling problems that arise like this. Especially, when nobody can give you an answer , everyone is stuttering and running around like going for the next person to see if they have the answers we're looking for. Needless to say, work needs to be done apparently covered under warranty....cool. Not sure how long it'll take for car to be looked at, diagnosed properly to ensure what it needs is correct, or parts to come in to get car fixed. So timeframe in limbo unknown. Got told there are no more rentals available, that all of them are taken due to engine issues with other customers and that hyandai has only about 40-50 fleet vehicles.. I inquired about other hyandai dealerships advised only able to see "our current inventory" . I also inquired about the "several partner dealerships" along the strip to seek any help at all in regards to rentals since hence having a job like of course everyone, having to get my car towed, and being in limbo with no further information of timeframe or information of any rentals at hyandai. Also, to be told to rent a car myself & be reinstated by corporate hyandai? I just feel like this isn't supposed to happen the way it's going. However, my friend just bought a car from hyandai, something happened & called, a manager from Kia contacted her & provided her with a rental? As a customer standpoint, I'm so confused as to what is happening ... nobody is getting someone higher up to help the customer. Nobody has no idea what's going on. One person gets a rental, one doesn't? Everybody just tells you, oh it's fine, we will work it out on the back end until they want credit card information ? Why nobody can see to go the extra mile and seek additional questions even if it's another place or definitely trying to contact someone who would have more of a reliable answer then what's been provided. I'm sure I'm not the only customer in this situation. If anyone has any hindsight or information as to what's going on, please enlighten me because this is absolutely ridiculous .
