I had a great experience at downtown Hyundai When I arrived Donna Feliciano was very helpful.her warm smile and happy attitude made my experience worth the wait.She asked me about my oil,and the last time that it was changed,(she is a good sales person ) was telling me why I needed it done,exc,well I also had my oil changed ,I’m sure if she told me I needed something else I would have gotten it just because she said it should be done.

Good experience
The Colonial team is friendly, cooperative, knowledgeable. I feel comfortable that the work will
be done in a timely fashion. The courtesy ride home and back is most appreciated. However,
I am losing confidence in the Hyundai brand. Both my daughter and I have experienced recalls:
about 4 for her 2011 Sonata, 3 of which are pending; I had a soft ware update to denote bearing
problems. Now I don't ride with confidence.

Prompt attention
I received a recall letter and called for an appointment which I secured in a short amount of time. The service area was very busy but my service was completed in a reasonable amount of time. As a second owner of this car I was disappointed to learn that my warranty is far less than the first owner even tho the car has very low miles. 2017 Sonata with 4500 miles
