Friendly knowledgeable (not pushy) salesman. Very easy to talk to. I had no intentions on trading cars that day just wanted to look at the new at the new Santa Cruz, but Clyde was such a pleasure to talk ( about inventory and personally) that we traded. Made it easy and simple.
