Repair of Mazda
We appreciated that Compare got our car right in and immediately fixed. That was great! Were not thrilled about the high cost to put in a new alternator, but were explained why. I personally was very surprised that, even though our bill was around $650.00, we were charged yet another $20 to use a credit card! Come on, really? Surely when a repair amount is rather high, you can extend grace and not charge a silly fee for the credit card. That doesn't seem like very good customer service.

We appreciate all of our customers very much and thank you for the good reviews the reason why we charge the credit card fee is because that is what the credit card companies charge us we have two choices we add the charges to all the bills our we can offer a cash discount if you don’t want to pay credit we feel it’s not fair to charge a fee to some one that is not using credit I know 20 dollars don’t seem like much but at the end off the month when you have to pay the credit card company 4000. To 5000 that is a lot of money to a small business we have 300 or more credit card customers each month I hope that helps and hope you understand why we do it that way I have the same reaction when a customers saves 20.00 the credit card company takes there part at the time of the transaction which we also don’t have to put that large amount aside each month and make sure we have enough to cover there part

Always awesome
John and his crew are ALWAYS understanding and caring! They listen to your needs and understand your situation. They don’t try to upsell you but do try to make suggestions for preventative maintenance. They are an awesome company. I’ve sent several people to them and I will continue to use them!!!

Great service
Really appreciate the quick and great service. John was very helpful as always. Was a little disappointed about the up charge for credit card use which I was unaware of. Had I known I would have brought and pd by check and rated 5 stars. I accept some responsibility for this and will make sure I have a check next time.

Compare automotive is honest they do a good work they are a place you can count on to fix your vehicle
They do good work and compare automotive there a place you can count on to get your vehicle fixed and know that it’s done right
They stand behind their work
You can wait for your vehicle to be fixed in their waiting room ,or you can drop it off anytime of the day or night they have a dropbox or you can drop the key off after hours and they can work on it the next day for you . When we take our vehicles to a mechanic shop we want good service ,you get that at compare
