Carlos said this business did not know what they were doing by telling him that his smog would not pass. He said the machine kept acting up and they would not pass his smog. He wasted his time having to go to two other mechanics to find out that there was nothing wrong with his smog. He took pictures and went back to this business to show them proof that his smog would pass and he was being robbed of his money because they would not pass him on the smog. After showing pictures they did pass him on his smog because he was correct and nothing was wrong. However, he is never going back.

"They match the price. That is great."
I was at Complete Auto Repair for my brake pad change. Dealer quoted over $500 whereas I called one place and they told $190 to $220. This place gave me a quote of $284. I ask them how come your's is expansive. They said they will match. That is good. I feel happy so I don't have to go other place. Beside, while they were repairing, I went to In-n-Out burger and had my lunch and wait for repair.
