Easy experience
It was time to replace the timing belt on my 2006 Sienna. Mike gave me a quick and accurate estimate, and the work was done smoothly and well. I'm pleased at the service. The only glitch was the internal communication in the shop. I'd stopped one day when Mike was out and asked one of the employees to let him know I wanted the work done, but Mike didn't get that message. Once we were all on the same page, it was a great experience to deal with Cooper Automotive.

Daniel said this business charged him $1,200 the first time he brought his vehicle to them and then insisted the issue was something else, than what he brought it in to their facility for. They then tried to charge him for the time it took to figure out what the actual issue was and tried to charge him a different amount. He is not satisfied with this business and will not return.
