They keep not fixing my trucks (this is a good thing)
A couple of weeks ago, we took out aging GMC pickup truck for service. Scott gently informed us that all things have to come to an end, and recommended that we don't really want him to fix it any more.
Yesterday, we had Countryside look at another truck we were looking to buy. The list of recommended repairs was longer than I imagined it could be, so we passed on the purchase.
Scott could have fixed everything we asked him to, but chose to have less to do today and have a happier customer tomorrow.
A good mechanic is a good thing. An honorable business that does good work is outstanding. I have trusted Countryside with my business and personal vehicles for more than 20 years and would recommend them to anyone.
