The communication was the best I’ve ever experienced—they sent me constant updates via text, pictures, and videos so I could see exactly what they were working on. They took the time to explain the issues with the crankcase/PCV system in detail and even showed me the damaged parts in person once they were removed.

Not only did they adjust my final bill downward when their own costs ended up being lower than the estimate, but they also helped me out with extra oil at no charge when I didn't bring enough for my oil change.
