Very courteous and friendly. Took my car without an appointment. Called and told me the price to the penny. The only down side was I did not get a call when it was finished. I called them. I'll go back!!

@008 Hyundai Elantra 4dr - Mixed reviews
As always, Mike and his crew gave prompt and courteous service. I honestly believe they did their best, especially considering weather conditions. Alas, after replacing the alternator the serpentine belt (1 of 2) squeals drastically. That said, Mike has NEVER failed to make these type of things right as I'm sure he will in the future.

Rear struts and sway bar linkage
As usual, the repairs were performed professionally and in a timely manner. However, despite a change at the customer service desk, expressing concerns over an issue which drove a significant number of people I referred to Creekview away has still not been addressed. I was assured my concerns were a priority, yet here we are almost a week into August with no response. I even stopped by in person hoping Mike was in house to discuss the issues face to face over a week ago. I was told they are very busy so maybe the lost business isn't a concern?

they fixed my truck right the first time
Creekview repairs most of our fleet and does our maintenance . Good people at fair prices. Pete, They meet our expectations and get our vehicles back to us in a timely manor. I have known Mike and Doreen for long time and they are super. We often need our trucks back fast and they make it happen. Peter Corrigan
