I paid around $13k for my truck to be lifted and wheels tires etc
My truck was released to me with the rear several inches lower than the front because they admittedly failed to compensate for the bed weight.
After an adjustment the truck is now lower in the front and the tires are rubbing and the ride is extremely rough due to the weight shifting forward.
Unfortunately I am left to deal only with Marcelo who is young and inexperienced.
I now have to bring the truck back for a third time to be adjusted, which is fine, except this time Marcelo said “ were gonna have to charge you for two hours”
This is plainly the shop (marcelo) not wanting to or being willing to back their work. It is very disappointing and feels like a shakedown after such expensive work not being completed properly.
I have no choice but to pay for them to fix their own mistakes but i will know better than to trust this shop in the future.
