I’ve had consistently great experiences with Da Vals and wanted to share something that really stood out. My wife’s car broke down right near their shop after hours, so I left the keys for them and followed up the next day. I told them if it was something minor, go ahead and fix it but if it was more serious, I’d need to take it to the dealership since it’s still under warranty.
They took the time to check it over, topped off the coolant, and determined it was a larger issue that should be handled by a Nissan dealership under warranty. When I went in to pay them for their time and evaluation, they didn’t charge me a dime.
This is actually the second time they’ve done something like this for me, and it says a lot about their honesty and customer-first approach. I’m a regular customer with my truck (which is not under warranty), and this kind of integrity is exactly why I keep coming back.
