Terrible business
My girlfriend brought her meredes there to get looked at they charged her 325 dollars for diagnosis which the computer tells u right away they couldnt fix it said bring it to mercedes to have it fixed. So they didnt fix it but still charging her 325. I dont get how they charge someone when the car isnt fixed. Then told her after she paid they couldnt get the parts to fix it anyway so what did she get charged 325 for when the tool/computer told u what the problem was didnt know it takes 2 hrs to read it smh. Terribl3 use someone else that knows what they are doing this shop isnt it.
