I went to the Range Rover dealer and Kent the service manager walked out to the parking lot and looked at the latch and said I had a broken latch. That took less than one minute and there was no charge. We ordered the part and they were ready to install the next morning. It took less than 1 hour to install the new latch, wash, vacuume, clean floor mats, and they even gave a guarantee. It cost me less than HALF what Dave’s auto wanted to charge me.
All my communication with Dave was negative.
Spent months with my truck.And $$$
He is disrespectful and unpleasant to talk to.
I wouldn’t recommend anyone I know to go there.
He should not deal with his customers.
