Great people and Professional Service
Henry is fantastic, very professional and friendly and always making sure your car is ready on time.
I trust Dave Power to only fix what needs to be fixed. They will never try and sell you on something that is not needed.

When dealing with a custom install, customer supplied parts, some things are just not predictable. (train horn installation/fab work/repairing the parts provided during and after install) far from simple. We always want customers to be satisfied. As far as the time frame, we did our best to express what, where and when. Dave himself (who did the install and fabrication) had also just had his foot crushed and wasn't getting around very fast. The job did take longer then expected and had to be re-scheduled in attempt to accommodate your concern with time frame. The install was 10 of 10. The wiring that needed to be re-done, the mounting of the compressor and tank, the fit and finish was much better then what was provided. (welded custom aluminum brackets for horns) We gurantee what we do and would have been happy to resolve and and all concerns. More importantly we also wanted to be fair with the original cost estimate, even though the job took much longer due to the modification and quality of used, supplied parts upon arrival. Hopefully we can continue to be on your list of repair facilities and we can have positive interactions in the future.

Relationship and trust
I have used Dave Powers Automotive for 4 to 5 years since my insurance agent recommended them. I have found them reliable and fair. Now I have found that when I have a part replaced, it comes with a lifetime warranty to include parts and labor. We keep our cars a long time so this is very appealing. Dave Powers replaced an alternator and belt on my 2007 Chrysler Town and Country.
