Susan said this business is fast, nice, and they do a good job. She likes them a lot. There are twin sons that work there and they are really nice young guys. Henry is the young guy who does the stuff on the computer and he is real good too. She has never had a problem with anything they have ever done. They do whatever she needs and they have never told her they can not do something. She does not have to wait long for them to get the parts. They will pick her up and take her where she needs to go, and they pick her up when her vehicle is ready. They even towed her vehicle when she needed it.

"Timely honest service"
Dave Power Automotive and Marine takes care of customers as if they were family. They tell you in advance the likely cost and do the work on time. If anything they under value the services which they perform.

"Outstanding customer service"
My car was hesiatating from a standing start and when accelerating. Sometimes with the check engine light flashing on and off. My wife was going to be taking the car on a road trip and I wanted it checked I called Henry and explained the problem. He asked when my wife was leaving on her trip and I said it is Friday I called on Tuesday and dropped it off that morning. Henry got back to me about 3:45 PM that afternoon with the and the estimate of the repair and he advised me of some preventive maintenance. I was not pressured to get the preventive work done. I gave my consent to have the repairs done and the car was ready for pick up about 10:30 the next morning. The car runs really well and my wife is pleased. The automotive techs knowleageable and very skilled in troubleshooting. I would recommend them to family and friends. The customer service is excellent.

"Friendly, hard working, accessible hours"
I appreciate your candor in advising what needs to be done, not telling me that I have to do it, but here is what you are looking at that. I appreciated your offer to drop me at work when leaving my vehicle there for several days, that doesn't happen outside of dealerships. I feel that the work that you have done for me is solid and well done, and I didn't suffer a financial set back to have things worked on. I cannot begin to tell you how much I appreciate your business and those that work there. Thank you so much!

"Mis-communication "
Well good workmanship as always, BUT I was quoted the job would be around 280 and the end bill was 334. So I was caught a bit by surprised:( only wish they would have been communicated prior if it was going to be more, and given me a heads up on the change of cost.
