"It pays to go to the top"
I had a problem with having a part that had been installed under my warranty in April 2017. The part was apparently defective because the same problem re-appeared about 6 months later. BUT THE PROBLEM APPEARED INTERMITTENTLY. The regular service person would only replace the part if the defect was 100% permanent and told me to come back if, as and when the part showed permanent failure.
The problem was a door latch actuator. The door often did not open when I used my key fob or the door handle opener. Murphy”s Law kicked in and the door would work when I returned to the dealer several times. This was maddening!

The service manager, Richard Thomas, came to my aid and replaced the defective part without any further fuss. Problem solved. I am and will remain a good customer because of his actions.

"Since I always deal with your dealership, I have nothing to compare to. But, the service advisors and staff are exceptionally pleasant. My car is always taken care of professionally and wait is usually no longer then 2 hours. "
The service was excellent but the wait this particular time was way too long. Perhaps too many folks are scheduled for appointments at the same time...but that's business.
Also, my service advisor keeps getting changed on me. I perfer to stay with the same advisor when I have service ...then they get to know me and visa versa and they get to know the history of my car.

I brought my car in for two recalls. There was no reason I had to wait for as long as 15 minutes to speak to an advisor. I see no reason why the people at the front desk couldn’t handle it. My only problem with Delray is the time It takes to speak to an advisor for any issue. Why bother making a detailed appointment if it has to be rehashed resulting in a long wait.
I would appreciate a response, since I took the time to respond to your survey.

Good customer service and reasonable prices. I would like to suggest that you can stimulate more repeat business by sending out a mailing to the people you sold Hyundai’s to as well as past service customers. By Offering a full digostiv checkout of the auto and an oil change for a special price that is XX percent lower than your regular stated price of Yy dollars. Try it, you may be surprised at the amount of people who would come in for this special.
