"Their service personnel, knowledge and courtesy "
They lost the finest mechanic Jamie Loftus in the field especially on Hyundai's
They have the what I believe his equal with Jim Cleary but quite an age difference between them.
I truly hope they can maintain the service knowledge and work quality.
Richard Thomas is a great addition to the dealerships Service Dept.

"The people that I was in contact with went one step more than was expected, friendly accomidating and helpful and I even got my car washed."
I would definately go back to Delray Hyundai 1- To buy a new car 2- I was treated very nicely 3- To have my car serviced.

"expensive battery, but excellent service"
The dealer battery was twice as expensive as a top of the line Sears battery, but the service was excellent.

"A slow start but a good ending"
The person that greets you when you drive your car in is friendly and helpful. The person at the write-up desk is pleasant and helpful. As I said, I was surprised that the small repair took so long, but I was happy with the result.

"Richard, if he stays long enough to clean up the obvious shortcomings "
Service manager, Richard, is an asset to the service department. He’s very sincere and is very helpful. I believe the biggest problem with the service department is not getting through to speak to someone when I call. It seems that they’re very short staffed and the staff lacks service experience.
