"Diamond Fleet Services saves the day again"
Phil and Diamond Fleet Services got our daughters 2005 Toyota Camry up and running from a disintegrated harmonic balancer faster than we thought was possible.

Tim said the customer service provided was great and the business was helpful. However, the hoses are causing coolant to spill and has continued overheating. He has had to since return the vehicle back to the business and did so on Friday. Since then, he has not heard from the business regarding the issues on the vehicle and he had to contact the business himself to find out details. He is still awaiting a contact call to resolve the issue with the hoses.

"Tune up"
It was nice to be able to come into Diamond and realize that you really do know your customers (cars). When we talked about what I needed done you did not even need to look at my account but already new you had done work on my brakes last time I was in. For someone like me that must depend on my mechanic to feel trusted and taken care of is very important.

Joshua said they gave him deals on a couple of things. Overall, it was a good experience because they fixed what he needed. They also shared their opinions as to what could be done if it were to happen again. However, he has not experienced the same problem. It was a great experience. He even let this business keep his vehicle for a while to figure out what was going on. Once everything was said and done it turned out great.
