Hello this is Ramon from Diaz Automotive. I would like to start off by saying we appreciate all reviews, the good and the bad, because we strive to learn from our mistakes and better our customers' experience.
However, the scenario depicted by Mr. Kitchen is false. Upon diagnosis we found the computer to be defective and recommended a new one, but Mr. Kitchen decided to purchase from a store we could not warranty or recommend. After we installed the computer provided the car started fine and we parked it outside. When Mr. Kitchen arrived the car would not start because the computer provided by him was indeed defective. After a few weeks Mr. Kitchen came back and we installed a new computer acquired from the dealer and that resolved the problem.
