We had just acquired a used car for our son in college north of Boston, and as soon as he got there from home in PA, it broke down. Timing belt had slipped and there was probably engine damage as a result. We had it towed to a close by shop-DiBacco's. The dealer we bought it from in NJ was insisting that they evaluate the car re: warranty coverage, the only problem being that they were 320 miles apart. To make a VERY long story short (er), having it towed to DiBaccos turned o ut to be providential. Handling this from 300 miles away was a nightmare, but DiBacco' was amazingly helpful in every possible way. The above said car is now on a flatbed on its way to NJ even as we "speak"...If I could give more than a "5" I would. Thanks so much!
